  • Loin - Bone-In or Boneless Pork Chops (Fresh or Smoked and Cured), Tenderized Pork Cutlets, Breaded Tenderloins, Canadian Bacon, Bone-In or Boneless Roast.

  • Shoulder - Roast, Steaks, Santa Fe Steaks, Butt Bacon, Pulled Pork (Reg. or BBQ), Picnic/ Butt Left Whole.

  • Side - Fresh Side, Bacon or Pork Belly.

  • Ham - Bone-In, Boneless, Semi Boneless (Fresh or Smoked and Cured), Tenderized Pork Cutlets, Ham Steaks, Shaved or Sandwich Sliced or Dinner Slices.

  • Jowl- Jowl Bacon (Fresh or Smoked and Cured)

  • Hocks- Ham Hock (Fresh or Smoked and Cured)

  • Spare Ribs- Fresh or in Sausage.

  • Baby Back Ribs- Only available with Boneless Loin.
